lacking motivation

I read somewhere that Victor Hugo had the same problem with writng. His responce was to go to a set room, strip naked and give his clothes to a servant with strict instructions not to return until a set time.

Left with nothing but a pen, paper and his nude self, all he could do was... write!

Not suggesting you go this drastic (if you do, don't go 'plein aire'!) but maybe you need to be somewhere with pencils paper and no form of entertainment or distractions whatsoever...?

Just an idea!

actually that's how i feel right now...nothing is motivating me...(except finishing a few online jigsaw puzzles ) But I also know with a show coming up and having worked my butt off (i wish) since the spring, i was due for a shutdown...

OMG - Arlene - u say things that sound like u r echoing what is in my head - freaks me out sometimes...
