All feedback welcome.

WEll, that was a surprise, there I was expecting your cute little earthlings and I get aliens instead!

the blood pressure is still at MAX
the frustration is at a blood red boiling point
the child has calmed down
the adult has not
child wins the battle of feeding war
for today
now the battlefield
remains to be turned back into a field
a garden of dreams

odd little painting but it appeals to me

Alita, thanks! Yup, same here, I start to have a strong expectation on the pics with (my) kids, which is why I will work hard in the nearer future not to fulfill them. My usual workflow feels stuck because I had found one that works and flows, with little option for real differences. Expect more aliens soon

Thank you Greg. It makes me very happy that the same depth of story sparks even when I departure from my usual ways. It reassures me that there might be hidden more behind that hill. It was completely abstract (non-representational) at first, and I found some interesting effects when splashing the canvas with pure alcohol, I will need a lot more practice to get a grip on this, though. Sometimes I wish I had found the inner strength to keep it non-representational, though.
