Title: untitled
Year Created:
Medium: Acrylic
Surface: Plaster
Dimension: 5' x 10
Allow digital alterations?: Yes!

Not sure what to categorize this as?

What do you think? Trying something different. Wood frame and back. Plaster texture coat. Acrylic paint over plaster yellows and dry brush to enhance texture look. Resin coating over paint. hand drawn graphic design cut out over resin coating. Working on the shading on the graphic design now. Then one more coat of resin. This will stand up on legs. the frame is a little over 5' tall and about 10" wide. frame was painted black then white and washed for a slight antique look.

I would love to get some general feed back on this.

Re: untitled

Not sure how this would work in a room situation, but it's interesting and a very lyrical design that is pleasing. I could see several of these in hinged frames for a "screen" or something similar. Or as sidelights to a doorway. Nice work and very unique process that I've never seen before.

Re: untitled

Please post a picture of the entire piece. What I can see looks interesting and attractively creative.
Keep it simple. Make it work.
