New works

The 1st is from a photo and is 33 x 23cms on the back of a piece of rough watercolour paper. It's an impression of an ancient 15th/16th century castle not far from our home.

This other piece is 21 x 21cm on paper. Aiming at abstract based on a shape seen from my breakfast table. Colours changed to complementary to suit the composition.
I have been invited to submit an article for the online version of an art magazine which I subscribe to and it is likely to be a sort of WIP but complete. This work could be the basis of it if they accept my idea.

Very nice work on the first one! And interesting textures in the second.

Re: New works

Thanks Tracy. The 2nd one is to be featured in an online art magazine in June I hope with a write up stage by stage from me.
