New works

Sorry i haven't been around much lately but I have been lurking. I do see many of your beautiful works on facebook and generally leave comments on there.

I have had some success recently winning the flora and fauna sections of 2 art shows here in Australia. I am also a finalist in the Waterhouse Natural History Art Prize - an annual event curated by the South Australian Museum. First prize is $50,000. I wish! But it was such an honour to be selected in the top 100 out of over 1,000 entrants from around the globe.

Anyways here's a few newies

First is "A little bird told me". Ref used with permission. It is 11" x 14"

This next one is from a ref by Dicky Singh

This one is of a Kangaroo with a baby in it's pouch.. I have titled it "Who's There" Ref used with permission

And the last is called "Bite Me" . Ref used with permission

Re: New works

I saw some of them via FB. They are all beautiful but I think the one of the backside of the tiger is my favorite. I also enjoyed looking through the Heavy Horses FB page because of your artwork. I'm glad you're posting here too! Your work is outstanding!

Re: New works

All delightful, I love the horse's shaggy coat and nonchalant acceptance of the bird.

art at http://www.trilbyarnold.com art is in all of nature. It is for the artist to uncover and reveal it.
