Pow Wow Fish




The colors were inspired by photos of a pow wow and the liveliness of turquoise and warm colors.
It was painted on Fabrashino(sp) artistico...and a side note I think it's by far the best watercolor paper I have used...love it!!!
Anyway...I hope you enjoy this art, feel free to say anything at all I have rhino skin..anything to improve. Thanks for looking!

Hi there John. I like your fish, it's colorful and loosely painted. I find it hard to read his eye though, perhaps a deeper color might help that. Even if the photo reference has it this color, use your artistic license and use any color you wish. It has nice movement, nice job!

I like your fish, especially the "floating" tail fin. And I like the colors you used!

I absolutely agree with Jan: you really fixed the eye.
