Talking Toned and Burned

I took this shot with my little Olympus 450z point and shoot and burned and toned it in photoshop.
Boy! do I love Photoshop.
Comment, Suggestions ?

Great picture!

And I love the way you "matted" it!

Suggestion; the dodging looks a little harsh on your hand, forehead and the baby's pate. Perhaps, lowering the opacity on that layer so it's not so pasted looking.

Just a thought.

I love PS, as well. Great tool. Which version are you using?

I really couldn't detect the effects of the burning, but I can see some markings on the back of the hand. I don't care for the frame but of course that's just a mattter of personal preference.

I've been using PS 6.0 for about half a year. A lot to learn.
