Art....on a golf course?

Hi;
Well it's a carving.....about 7' tall......this is the 2nd golf course that i have played on that had a wooden statue. The other had a small boy urinating in a small stream in the woods....that I could relate to....;-)

I guess it takes extraordinary balls to play that course.

Brian, I think your "golfer" resembles Pierre Trudeau! Was he a golfer?

No, Pierre was not a golfer....but he had balls.....
You're right, it does resemble him.

From Wikipedia...
During the War of 1812, troops stationed at Fort Wellington crossed the frozen river and burned Ogdensburg in retaliation for an American raid further up the river; the American citizens of Ogdensburg, who were profiting by supplying the British army with food and other necessities, drove out their own American military detachment after the raid so that they could continue doing business with the British army in Prescott.

Kind of looks like Jack when his ball goes awry.

You know it's funny, but if he looks like any Quebec politician--he looks more like Rene Levesque to me ('cept he has no cigarette in his mouth!)

Re: Art....on a golf course?

He certainly looks like some politicians we know. He doesn't have his eyes on the ball ... and has no idea what direction it's going to go.
