Use to denote nudity/mature subject matter feedback please

hi!

I'm new here. only got back into drawing and painting after not having touched a pen or brush for some years. I've never taken any drawing/painting classes, so I have no idea what I'm doing as far as techniques are concerned
I'd like to share this acrylic painting I'm currently working on. I'm really unhappy with the face and could need some feedback.

cheers!

Re: feedback please

Love the hair, think it looks great. I get the feeling of anger in the face and the folded arms is this what you are looking for??

Keep going with it

Re: feedback please

thanks! yeah, it is. the title of the painting is "what are you looking at". but I'm not sure the face&hair matches the body...

Re: feedback please

I think it all matches in well and the title matches the painting to, its a your own style and it comes across in your painting and you could keep this style in other paintings and they will be unique.

Re: feedback please

thanks, rocky alexander!
but for some reason I cant help thinking "what am I gonna do with you" when I look at the face... :/ I feel the face is weird, but maybe I've just spent too much time looking at it?

Re: feedback please

To me the head and shoulders look masculine but the rest is obviously female,a mixed message for me.

Re: feedback please

welcome ibirella
this is pretty spunky, i like it
couple thoughts to think about
-straighten her nose?
-widen her lower nose?
-little more space between her eyes?
-show a little more forehead?

a visual (rough, sorry)
