Very nice. Mz Sketch Pad said it about texture- Very cool how you've captured feeling of the different surfaces- the stonework, shingles, foliage etc with just a few strokes. The washes (I'm assuming they're washes- if not, sorry ) are very effective too.

This is a nice beginning, but I believe if you are going to use watercolor or ink washes that you enhance and broaden your values some more. Choose where you want your light source to come from, and work from there.
