Blue, I got it at home depot but have seen it at Michael's. Is is an acrylic base. It is from the Martha Stewart collection. Works best against dark colors. Easy clean. Doubt I will use it a great deal but now and again just for the heck of it.

Now really Maureen, just how many times can one look at a polar bear on a bike with a clown hat.

Spent most of the day in bed. Not doing so good today. Have the energy of a rock. My only excuse is that last week was fairly busy. Not a good excuse but all I have right now.

The Martha Stewart paint isn't working out as well as I thought it might. Not sure if I am doing something that isn't working or if the paint is faulty. Her crackle paste is fairly good.

Mary - I like this! His eye on our left looks a little strange but overall, it's very nice!

Hope you all have a pleasant start to the working week when you do get going! Here, we have very strong winds from the north - cold - and squally showers, not pleasant.
I'm currently on a course of hefty antibiotics and the effects of those are not pleasant either! Do feel a bit more 'human' this morning and only 2 more days to suffer!

Hi folks, this is the last time I will post before my appendix operation, which will be tomorrow. It could be that I'll return from hospital already on Friday, but may not be able to sit at my desk comfortably till the weekend. I will return to the dry café as quickly as possible. Just back from the VA, they took 8 or9 vials of blood today. Vampires I tell ya.

Doing some garden work, painting and who knows what else.

Had a moment to play with the plotter today and worked out some ovals.


Got my bike ride in today. Plum wore me out and I only went about 2 miles. Think the new treatment is taking its toll.

So, now it is time for the evening walk, and then maybe think about dinner.

Started figuring out the stencil cutter program. Quite complex overall. So, stencil four is a doozie. A goldfish.
