Weekend in Venice.
Four small sketches from a weekend in Venice. My first time back in many years and the weather was beautiful.


Le Zitelle. 25 x 35 cm, oil on panel.


St Mark's Nocturne. 30 x 25 cm, oil on panel.


Sunset, Le Zattere. 20 x 30 cm, oil on linen.


Santa Maria del Rosario. 30 x 25 cm, oil on panel.

I love your paintings, I love Venice. The combination is a real treat. I'd love to paint there. Got to figure a way to do so. My wife and I have been there 3 times, but she doesn't want to park it some place for two hours while I try to pound something out. That goes for all my travels.
