Post Project Discussion: October Pastel Puzzle Project

A new project has been announced in the WetCanvas! project system!

Title: October Pastel Puzzle Project
Project Leader: CM Neidhofer
Relative Difficulty: Irrelevant
Type Restrictions: Any Type
Medium: Pastels
Subject: Not Applicable
Days open for signups: Always
Maximum participants allowed: 16

Description:

This project will require 16 participants, first come, first serve. Each participant will receive one piece of a reference to paint. I will PM the piece as you sign up. Try to work small, no larger that approximately 6" x 6", as that will make it easier for me to put the pieces back together again. When you have finished your piece, submit it through the project system. All posts regarding this project should be submitted through the project system so that we don't flood the other forums and everything is all in once place. When I have received all the painted pieces, I will put them all back together and we'll reveal what we have painted!

Remember to just paint what you see and have fun!

Additional Information:

For more information on the project: Click here!

Remember, in order to help keep the discussions on projects organized, you should post your questions, suggestions, and comments on submitted work here in this thread. By doing this, we allow other non-project efforts to not get "pushed down" by a swarm of project-related threads.

Re: Project Discussion: October Pastel Puzzle Project

Thanks, *Deirdre*! I thought something was off, but couldn't remember what it was! I left the sign up and finish dates open on this one, but hope everyone will sign up and we can finish this in a timely manner, hopefully by the end of the month or first of November, before the holidays start full force! Nine more pieces available yet. Who's next???!!!

Re: Project Discussion: October Pastel Puzzle Project

I'm pleased we got it sorted Chris.

Now we can go to the project page, look at the image/ puzzle pieces comment on them( if we wish to speculate on what the puzzle is)...and the piece we refer to will be linked.

No-one need post their finished piece here...just upload it to the project Gallery when you've finished it...and leave it to Chris to post the final image here.

Re: Project Discussion: October Pastel Puzzle Project

I've signed on. Kind of nervous. I've never done this before and I'm very new to art and pastels. I'll do the best I can.

all best,
Heather

Love this first piece! So colourful - even if a bit corny!
