Arrow music while painting anyone?

what do you listen to while painting? anything at all? i need something playing or i get frustrated...

lately it's been a lot of classical, such as mozart and the soundtrack to "princess mononoke" which isn't really classical but more cultural. also, the new megadeth album "world needs a hero" and sepultura's "arise." nothing however will ever beat led zepplin. they put me into such a creative mood.

sorry, this has no paintings to show or critiques either... i just wanted to expand my listening habits while i paint.

so what are you listening to?

I HAVE to have music playing while I work.

The music does vary though.. from New Age Piano (Michael Jones/David Lanz/George Winston) to Simon and Garfunkel "Bridge over Troubled Waters" (although I do more dancing and singing than drawing to that one) to the soundtrack to "Riverdance"

Sometimes I even listen to Gregorian Chant type stuff or Native American Drumming or Native American Flute music.

I guess a wide variety!

Hi!

As this is not specifically a portraiture question, I'm going to move this to the cafe to share with the wider audience there.

This is a popular question and I'm sure folks will be glad to share their current listening preferences.

best wishes
