Hi artmidwife:
Welcome
Well I'd say for your first painting of a person in water using watercolor it's pretty darn good. Any chance of you enlarging your painted image to say 400 pixel and upload to your current thread? I'd like to see a larger version.
Best,
Kathy

I'll see if I can figure out how to do that. Thanks for the comments.

Lisa

That seems to be a bit blurry but it's the best I can do. Sorry

Re: Bebelina-Lady of the Lake

I would love to see a less blurry shot--but from what I can see this is very very nice. it's intriguing--I don't quite get why she is clothed in the water and the angle and composition are nice. it reminds me of kate winslet and the movie titanic. I often like painting that I don't "get"---this is one of them.

Lovely painting

If you resize your pic with an image optimizer.....mine is from xat.......

www.xat.com

you will NOT loose any picture quality.

I just love the skirt in the water and the way you have painted her blouse. This looks terrific to me

Re: Bebelina-Lady of the Lake

Wow, this is very cool! Did you enjoy doing your first "person in watercolor"?
I know I would overwork it to death, but you seem to handle it with ease.
