I cropped the Blue Heron Reference for this oil pastel.
It's 11 by 14 inches on canvas panel, Erengi oil pastels.
Suggestions for improvement welcome. |

Very well done op's - bird and water are great. Just a small nit - I feel the blossom tree and the bird are fighting for dominance - maybe just tone down the tree a little to allow the bird to star.

This is a beautiful painting. I love the crop and your colors. Nice subtle shadow of the bird in the water.

Lovely, soft painting. I'd like to see a little pink in the cherry tree blossoms, but I like color everywhere  |
