Brothers...redone

I wasn't happy with the little fella so I painted him out and replaced with another pic ( 3 times ), with all the paint he's almost 3D but I'm satisfied this time.

Good changes. If it made you feel better about it and the client likes it, that is all good.

Re: Brothers...redone

Nice job. One minor thing that I noticed gives this away as being from two photographs: The highlights in the older boy's eyes show the reflections of two lights used in making his portrait, while the reflections in the younger boy's eyes show only one light was used.

What an adorable portrait of these two cuties. They seem like they could almost start talking...so realistic! 3D...yes it does have the look.

Re: Brothers...redone

Thanks Idylbrush, this is a freebie of my grandsons but it had to be right.
Thanks Gayle, this was the first one that really captured him, 3rd time lucky.
Thank you Susan, we're still waiting for his operation, find out on 26th.
Thank you Rick, I'll make a small adjustment, good spotting.
Thanks Darla, slowly coming to grips with portraits in acrylics.

Re: Brothers...redone

You must be so proud of your little ones--it shows in your painting. They are precious.
