WDE 28 Aug 3 - Ceara challenge + a late one.
Thanks for hosting Dominic. I loved the photo of your cutie Ceara so I had an attempt at the challenge - with 3 colours - Interactive acrylics - Permanent alizarine, french ultramarine and yellow ochre plus white of course but that's not a colour  On grey mount board about 13 x 16 cm.
This is 2 hours work and I'm not finished yet - I made her look a bit too old 
Here is another from last wde. I didn't want to post it until I had finished one from this week. 1/4 sheet fabriano cp 300g - white knight pan watercolours. I think about 3 hours for this one.

Ros, both excellent! Luv Ceara's rosy cheeks. Your portraits are always lovely. I can still remember how much I liked your first portrait post I saw, of Charlie Chaplin. The beach scene is a winner!

I have done some more to Ceara's portrait and I'm starting to mess too much so I'm calling it quits. I lost the cute baby face - sorry Dom - and the photo picks up too much blue
