Here are our rules for this Hunt:

* All items on the list must be sketched from life--not imagination nor photo references
* Each object you draw can count for only one item on the list, no matter how many shapes/parts/colors that object contains. This was agreed to by unanimous vote among the participants
* You may place multiple objects together in a drawing or painting, and may count those objects as separate list items, but no single object can count for more than one list item.
* All items posted must be numbered. Count them as you go. The first item you sketch and post will be #1 regardless of its place on the list. Do them in whatever order you wish, but count them in the order in which you sketch them, from 1 to 26.

Do as many or as few items as you like; you don't have to
finish the entire list to participate! This Hunt will last for 9 days, with the next hunt starting on the 9th day.

Please tell us your size, surface, medium, and the amount of time it took you to do each sketch. We love hearing about your subjects and setups. Photos of your subjects are also welcome!

So sorry to miss the last 2 hunts..( no internet was avail after our arrival at destination on holidays.)..Great work the last 2 hunts folks!

Thought I'd try another theme Hunt for my hosting turn

..Summer is a great time for movies..we even took the boys to their first drive-in on our holidays..what fun!

Here is a hunt based on One word movie titles..Good luck..hope it works

Halloween…you can dig out an ornament
Lassie ..any pooch!

Titanic ..ok ..well any boat!
Twister ..anything twisted

Seven. .draw a grouping of 7 same things ( ex.grapes,peanuts etc.)
Caddyshack ...draw anything to do with golf
Goldfinger…anything gold..or a finger ( be careful here!)
Radio
Newsies ..draw a newspaper
Hook
Vertigo …draw something from above it..don’t fall off a chair though!
Wings .. anything with wings
Juice ..your favourite flavour
Avatar …sketch a fellow wet canvas members avatar
Blade
Jam
Shine
Casino ..something you might find in one
Wanted ..draw something you were so glad to get
W... something starting with w..or someone named George!..Ha!
Chocolat…mmm,.. something chocolatey!

I went to the docks this morning but virtually all the lobster boats had left for the day soooo this was what was left......

Irwin I just noticed you went to a drive in theater.... that used to be one of our favorite things to do..... there is only one left that I am aware of in MA which is down the cape in Truro, I believe....

.great to be back!..missed you scavengers!!.I'm finding it hard to come up with time to draw..when not at work I am tending to plop down and watch the Olympics..great stuff

Paul..cute little boat..lotsa character!..good job on razer and eraser..yeah! the drive-in was great! saw Batman for the second time..we loved it!..now you just tune into a radio station for the sound..I remember the old days when you had to attach the speaker in the parking spot to the window of your car!

Has anyone seen or heard from Jeanne? She didn't post at all in the last hunt and that is very unlike her! Hope things are OK with her!

I worked on these first two around sunset the other night. It was very humid and the watercolors just wouldn't dry fast enough for me to get good colors.

1 - starts with a W (water) - watercolor

2 - big sky - watercolors

3 - eraser - inktense pencils


4 - chocolatey - pencil


5 - tootsies - ink and inktense pencils
6 - fingers - ink and inktense pencils

7 - "Precious Moments" statue - pencil
