Thanks Everyone!  It will take awhile....hopefully not as long as my record of three years! 
Rich...I never thought of adding a buffalo nickel...I might just have to do that
On a bit of good news....I got a new printer/scanner. The scans are a bit more in focus. The pic I posted is the old one, it's a bit softer which makes it look better than what it does in real life.
Here's the new scan...
it has a few really black spots....that aren't really that black...oh well
More later when I get the chance to work on it  |

I'm picking away at this bit by bit.
still using the modified tattoo needle.
it has a lot of issues at the moment...but I'll fix them after I get things mapped out first.

It's my twin brother doing this one for me....he's the crazy one, so this fits him perfectly
I've been swamped with "Real life issues" so my scratching has taken the back seat.  hopefully it'll settle down soon so I can get back to posting more  |

This is my first look in on this, and I gotta say that your crazy twin is doing a helluva job, Buddy. It looks fantastic and the textures are phenom!
