Wink Hare Sculpture - Sculpt & 1st Castings

Hi all, here are images of the finished sculpt of my life size Hare and 1st castings, hope you all enjoy viewing.

Regarding molding this piece, I did not have to chop any part off in the end, I simply webbed the gap between the ear & arm, also partly between the back legs. I made a one piece glove mold in Gel 10 Silicone, then a 5 piece mother mold (bit of a pain but worth it).

1st castings in rust finish & white, also will be in bronze shortly. The sculpture can be displayed on it's back or wall mounted, titled Divine.

All 3 versions will be available to purchase from my Sku Style Etsy Shop soon . Sku Style Shop

I've just started work on my first ever bust of a Chinese female warrior "Mulan" in 1/1 scale inspired by my wife, I'll upload some pic's soon! Rgs Terry

"Divine" turned out great! I'm so glad that you didn't have to cut it and have repair of the attachments to make. I utilize the web technique as well.

Be neat to see it in bronze. What patina will you do for that?

It looks great! I'm glad you didn't have to cut it. I like the finish - can't wait to see it in bronze!
