Randy, Thanks for the thumbs up! The painting shown at the beginning of this thread sold. My other entry didn't. Sorry to say I didn't have time to paint a third entry or take part in the paint-outs because of other demands on my time . I was hoping to meet a couple more WC members at the show but must have just missed them.

I haven't seen James post here for a little bit. Although I think he's pretty active on his blog, posting things. I think each year it
runs around the last week in june (27?).. to july 4th.
I think there are a half a dozen plein air events around..

A little late to this thread but I found it because I've been searching and waiting for the Midway Art Association to finally update their website and announce the schedule for this year.....they still haven't! All I've found from Googling is an entry on the gohebervalley website calendar saying that it's scheduled for June 29th through July 4th but little else in the way of details. Usually the main comp is three days long then they have mini comp for one day in Heber, then one day in Midway. Last year they had a quickdraw on the last day.

I registered last year, you'd think I'd have at least received an email by now about the plans for this year.

Thanks, Biiigal. I haven't been on WC for a while. I had to get a new computer, but then couldn't remember my username and password for a while. Emailing WC for help didn't...help . I think David and Woody have the general dates correct (Thanks for the info, guys!). Keep checking back to http://midwayartassociation.org or http://www.midwayartassociation.info/ Sooner or later they'll get their info up, I think.
