Cold porcelain

Hello, I just recently discovered cold porcelain clay and have mostly made flowers.

I'm thinking of venturing into other types of clay but just don't know much about them.

So glad I found this site and I love all the beautiful things that are posted!

Re: Cold porcelain

Welcome here!

Why don't you show some of your work? I would love to see the flowers you have made.

Re: Cold porcelain

Hi catchabary;
I just mixed my first small batch of cold porcelain. It seems to be more spongy than clay like. Can anyone advise on why spongy and not clay like. It's hard to mold spongy material. Help? I mixed it kneaded it and packed it away for 24 hours in plastic wrap and a snap tight cantainer.
