That's cool. At first I'm just thinking it's a silhouette of some kind of lizard and branches, and then I realize it looks like an eye.

Re: Nomore4s digital portfolio

Latest sketches.

I will stress these are not my designs, I found them on the web ages ago and sketched them into my sketch book.
I have used those sketches as a reference for these. This purely as a exercise to practice my line work digitally.

Re: Nomore4s digital portfolio

Latest piece. still using my trial copy of Sketchbook Pro but it runs out shortly so I think I'll have to fork out for it soon. Will probably also end up getting Painter at some stage but SBP is all I need atm, at least till my skills get better.

Haven't been able to do as much as I would like as my wife has been away in Spain for the last 2-3 weeks and I'm flat out looking after our 4yo. Single parents really get my respect.

Keith: each thread you open is automatically recorded when anyone looks at your avatar. By keeping all your work together in one thread will reduce the chances of it being seen. Many people only look once at a thread, and ne'er agin.

If you open a new thread each time, more will look.

a 4 yo - they will far surpass you before you know it. digital seems so easy for the very young.

Looking forward to seeing your work, if do any photo manips, be sure to visit us at Photography forum

Greg

Thanks for the tip Greg, I'll keep my "practice pieces in this thread but will start another one for any "finished" pieces I do.

My 4yo loves playing on the Wacom and some of her results are actually pretty good in an abstract kind of way, lol.

Haven't tried any photo manips yet, maybe one day.

Re: Nomore4s digital portfolio

Latest piece for my nephews birthday.

Am going to finish it of with a hand written happy birthday note but need advice on what colour to use for the background, samples with orange and blue Or any other ideas to make it better.
Am thinking maybe a shadow under the cat and shield?

Thanks in advance.

Re: Nomore4s digital portfolio

AFL grand final is on this weekend. For all you non-Australians it will mean nothing to you all but it's a pretty big weekend here, especially as my them (the Hawks) are playing in it this year.

Re: Nomore4s digital portfolio

Yet another AFL piece. Last one for a while unless the Hawks win this weekends Grand Final.

This one is the Gold Coast Suns, my daughters favourite team.
