Center support for 24 x 48 canvas?

I'm getting ready to frame this one and right now it's gallery wrapped on 4 stretcher bars. It's a light painting but I'm wondering if a center support would be needed on the back because of it's size?

Re: Center support for 24 x 48 canvas?

How are you going to frame it, and is it longer horizontally or vertically?

A center support would not be needed as long as the frame is substantial enough to keep the painting flat.
