"Tulips in Full Bloom" Design
Well, I finally got around to the watercolor painting I started and stopped because I didn't like how it was coming out. Decided to make a design out of it like the other two previously posted. This is on watercolor paper painted with watercolor and ink. Constructive critique welcome.
