Lefranc & Bourgeois WC paints - buy where?

Does anyone know where I can buy the Lefranc & Bourgeois WATERCOLOR paints? I loved the ones I bought a few years ago, but then the store couldn't get them anymore. I have recently searched many on-line art suppliers with no success. I checked the lefranc-bourgeois web site and E-Mailed one distributor (no reply yet) and phoned the other one (They stated they didn't distribute that brand). Please help, I've been waiting for several years to get these wonderful watercolor paints again!

I found this thru the search engine "dogpile", then checked out their site. Sure enough, they have what you're looking for. See you Thursday. WCCAT

Thank you SailMary & Bruin70. I have tried all your suggestions to no avail. artisan-santefe.com said that was an old posting and that the product had been discontinued. Savoir Faire told me that they do not distribute Lefranc & Bourgeois (contrary to L&B's information). Colart Americas told me that Pearl Paint or Jerrys should have it. I talked to the watercolor experts at the Pearl Paint store and they said that they don't have them either. Maybe the product is just too new or not really in production/distribution yet. I think I am going to give it some time and see what happens. Who knows, maybe in 6-12 months I will see it advertised in some catalog! Unless of course someone posts here where some company actually has the new L&B watercolor line. Thanks again.

Re: Lefranc & Bourgeois WC paints - buy where?

Hi, I've been cruising around the web looking for the LeFranc gouache colors and I found a site that advertizes a watercolor set by special order. But I can't post the url till I've posted a couple of times. I'm doing that now.

Thanks,
cgrace

OK, I think I can post this now. Here is the url to the ArtSuppliesOnline.com with LeFranc watercolors advertized. They are listed as being special order and I have called myself to see if they can actually get what they are advertizing and they say it should take about 4-5 days to get them in from the warehouse. If you do manage to order these would you let me know how you like the on-line store? --Thanks, CGrace

If the above doesn't work out contact them via email to find a distributor:

Sorry this isn't working out, I absolutely empathize, I hate it when I love working with a product that is difficult to obtain.

Good luck,
