I was just trying color pencil its a whole new media for me and I took the picture and went to town with the pencils.

Such bright beautiful and glowing color. Good composition. My only critique is that the highlight (?) on the apple to the right of the viewer looks more like a slash or gouge. If this is supposed to be a reflection, you might want to delete it because there is no reference for that reflection. To my eye it looks like a distortion. Otherwise, this is a delightful work. You have really mastered those colored pencils.

I see what 1mpete is saying but it doesn't bother me to much. maybe just toning done the highlight would do the trick. I love the composition and point of view of this drawing. Nice job!

Absolutely beautiful, i think they're prettier then most real apples! (no offence intended towards apples)

this is a great bowl which keeps showing up.
I just noticed the color tests at right.
nice touch.
the whole thing is great.
lyrical but contained, by plan.
