Re: Back again ....
So glad to see you drawing again Ken. I have missed your work so much and though disappointed to not see Caspar being the star (such an elegant and expressive kitty), it will be great to see this develop.

Re: Back again ....
Woohoo!!!!!! That is fantastic to see you back with your pencils! And even more so to see it being a cat, little buggers always manage to wheedle their way in somehow.

Yay! One of our pencil pushers is back at it, and drawing a puss! Who'd a thunk it, eh?
Looking good!

Re: Back again ....
Thank you all ...
Lu ... charcoal pencils don't seem to lend themselves to layers very well. I used an HB but one layer was plenty solid and dark so I left it at that. I might try some vine charcoal for a more blendable layer ... This is the far side of the cat (glad you noticed Gerri - that's pretty good for an old gal!) and it's somewhat blurred by the lens. As I get closer things should sharpen up.

Re: Back again ....
I hope you all can behave and keep yourselves entertained (if you can figure out how to do both at the same time) because you know I only draw on weekends.
You sound rather well trained, Katie .. at least in some things. When it comes to taking credit for your own work though .. well ... sorry to say ... you fail miserably.
