I do actually know who that is, she was an illustrator of children's books. She was also one of the people who used the pseudonym "Laura Lee Hope" which was used for everything from the Bunny Brown series (which my mom collects) to the Bobbsey Twins (which I used to collect)
Girsch was a printing company. They printed illustrations for many books and for sales in department stores and such.
If you want a value of it, your best bet is to take it to an appraiser, (which can cost a bit). I don't think it would be that valuable though, as lithographs were mass produced. They sell a lot of her stuff on eBay usually for about 10 to 20 dollars.
It would be interesting to see though if you can upload an image.
