Use to denote nudity/mature subject matter gestural painting

Howdy! This was a fast gestural painting with thick oil paint.

I'm a sucker for texture and you gave me my fill... Thanks!
The vertical (textured) lines in the BG contrast well with the soft/shy pose of the subject. The colors contrast well also. This painting got my attention and held it! Well done.

What a interesting technique you have here, I love it.

That's a lovely pose as well.

Rosic, thank you very much! I enjoy texture very much too.

Thanks Phillip & Shadow. I'll have to try some more as soon as I get a chance. Texture makes for a fun study.

Very Nice

Good Work!

Reminds me of Paul Gauguin's French Polynesian paintings. You should check them out if you're not familiar. If you're ever in Boston (my neck of the woods) there are some great pieces of his at the Museum of Fine Arts.

Wonderful...I love the way you fill your paintings with such rich texture.
