NB. We do ask that all hosts participate regularly in the WDEs and familiarise themselves with the Guidelines which can be found below and in the Hall of Fame, our sub forum.

UPDATED GUIDELINES FOR NEWBIES

Useful Info. about Image compression.

Important for WDE entries.

Because of the demand for hosting spots, we ask that you sign up no more than every 3 months.
The list at the end of the schedule shows members willing to host at short notice. If you need a substitute, pm one them and let any of the Team know of the changes.


NOTE: A Moderator or Guide will send reminders of your hosting prior to your scheduled date.
If you DO NOT RESPOND to the p.m. 2 weeks before your date, we will try to find a replacement.
Please be sure to let us know that you are still on board!
Thank you all for volunteering to host. It's what makes this forum the awesome experience that it is!
Images may be your own or from the RIL but must be copyright-free.
If you know you can't host, please try to arrange a replacement host from the reserve list below.
