And we worry about our board not stable enough I also like how he takes peices of his good paper to highlight with white paint.

I also like how he just painted without seeming to worry whether the paper curled. He just went at it.

One thing I like about watching artists with confidence in the process is that they don't worry about the seemingly endless bits of minutia that some seem to worry about: my paper is buckling (good for about a thousand threads, it seems), the board isn't steady, on and on. They just go at it. In the end they have produced a painting, good or bad.

I think this was worth watching if just to observe that confidence. I know for sure that it is something I want to work on.
