Janie, that is funny. Nothing like the younger ones to keep us on our toes.
Shari, my best friend is sick of her job as well....she has a female boss that is horrid. She's a control freak and even though my friend does what she wants done, then she reads her the riot act about it. I really think that woman needs to be on meds. Her entire office walks as if on eggshells every work day. That really bites the big one.
Ellen, glad you made it home safely and so quickly! You must have a jet motor on your car!
Oh yeah, please forgive Ramblin' Rose here....I'm on my heavy duty migraine meds. The current pressure is 29.73.
Leslie, snow? Get any? Every time I check the weather Denver snow pops up.

Good morning all. Ginger, that jet engine you speak of would be my DH, Petey. He drove the whole way. We used to stop and switch every 2 hrs but recently he's been putting in all the driving hours. Fine with me.
I made beads yesterday. It felt great.
The other great thing yesterday was the weather. I got outside and pulled some weeds and caught a few rays. It was sweet.
Today - not so much. Raining and quite dark out there. I'll head up to hospice and put in some time this morning. I've missed everyone up there.

You rock... I make 6th at a measly 861 beads donated. Guess I'd better get cracking and make some more :-)

So, 85 degrees two days ago, 45 yesterday and snow today. Got to love Colorado... Hope it douses the fire and holds down the allergy stuff..... I'm Mrs. Snuffaupaglus and miserable. Hopefully coffee will help.... at least open the eyes...

Need to work on Pismo and next show stuff, get my app in to jury into an October show and just saw a June show in our new art district so I'd better check that out as well.

Ginger.....Wowza, those are some impressive numbers. Very proud to call you my friend, of course I am always proud even without the BOC beads!!!

Carlos....so inquiring mind want to know what you do in the Tile Shop? What kind of tiles are you talking about, you do such interesting things for your job and your hobbies!

Ellen....Yah, it's blah, rainy and dismal. But it is going up to 70, so that's our perk for the day. I too pulled some weeds yesterday, replaced my yellow ribbon around the old Sycamore tree that the wind took out and checked under some leaves to make sure my Hostas were doing okeydokey! You have a great day and melt some more glass!

Miss Leslie....sounds like you live in Michigan with that weather forecast!! 85 to snow sounds about right!! Get all your duckies for the shows in a row and then just set back and melt glass!

Hubby and I are off to run the Treasure Trail to Lansing. We are stopping and having lunch with my sister Michelle and Rick. I guess I will have to come up with a title for Rick, he is sweetie and as I have told you before I have known him forever. But now that the divorce is almost final, the homestead in Maryland is sold I guess Sis has moved on! I am happy that after all these years she is happy and back with your first love after almost 40 years! I guess some of us only dream of that one!

Good morning. I started to post earlier but decided that I just had a argument with someone well actually two in 30 minutes guess I set a record. I would wait until I was in a better mood. My mood is better but not totally. ------------------deleted so you don't have to hear it. there I feel better.
sorry to be down. I just need to go to my boss and vent to her but she heard it all and did not say a word she should have.
I think I will become a greeter at walmart.
Ginger tell your friend I am sorry I feel the same way. She wants it done now and her way. And still it is not right.

Oh the A/C is fixed. we were lucky it was the thermostat shorting out so new thermostat and all is well.
