April Challenge!
Hello SW & W artists! I'm posting the April challenge a day early, no foolin' The theme is my lovely wife's home state of Montana. Most of the photos are from the Helena area - the "Sleeping Giant" shaped mountain can be seen from most places in Helena, and is my favorite Montana landmark - I've done several paintings of it over the last year.

The cowboy on his horse is a fairly recent picture of a friend of mine - we graduated high school together 30 years ago this May. We was riding on the the Wyoming/Montana border in eastern Montana.

Hope you all enjoy the references - have fun and use them any way you like!

Hi, Larry, neighbor to the north. These are wonderful references. You must have spent a lot of time in Montana to have this many great photos. I see three I really like. Now, to carve out some time.
