Re: What's On Your Easel?....April 2012
Sorry to post this so many times, I did a little bit tonight on the part i felt "safe" working on lol...
On Friday or Saturday I'm going to go all out and put in something big such as a tree, and maybe some vines up the walls.
That should be the last post before its done. Its a bit blurry due to iphone camera, but you can see the blades of grass in real life. I'll take one with the SLR when its done.

Kory, that's good - I like the idea of a tree or something of interest in the foreground.
Prizmetrix, I love it. Very engaging and a great design.
Nora, really good painting. I admit I like the notan a lot too - it has some delightful brushwork.

Prizmetrix, I am a sucker for well done abstracts. This one is incredible.
Kory, You have done wonderful work on this. It's fun to see you "story" unfold.
Here is the waterfall now finished. I refuse to do any more to it.....maybe

Thanks Becca, it really did add depth to it, especially in person.

Re: What's On Your Easel?....April 2012
Early stages of a new piece. Want to get outside and paint again but too dark by the time I've finished work, so that will have to wait until the weekend. This is the Arizona Canal, oil on 20 x 10 board.
