My gouache journey

After being inspired by Joey M's thread (thank you Joey! ) I thought to show my paintings here.

I'm starting small with ATCs and sketchbooks and I'm finding a real joy using gouache.

I've called this looking over the bay.

Welcome, RedcarUK! Glad you shared your lovely painting and am really glad you're enjoying gouache.

Your painting shows that you already have a good handle on gouache and I hope you'll show us more of your art!

I like it. The sand and water are a nice combination. The green foliage surrounding the white buildings offer a good focal point. I also look forward to more. I have trying to get started in gouache/watercolor myself. For me it has been an uneven start. Gary

Yes, very nice! Looks you're on your way to familiarity and facility with gouache.
