20' Tunnel that looks like a fallen tree

Hey Guys,

First time poster but I'm looking for any feedback I can get. My church is building a wilderness type theme for a weekly kids camp they run every year. One part of the decor is a long 20' tunnel, roughly an 8' diameter that kids will walk through at the entrance. We'll add lights inside, and we even got these little canisters that blow redwood scents into the air.

We're working on a massive wood frame structure now, and then the plan was to chicken wire it, paper mache and paint it, but it's ALOT of paper mache and i'm not sure it's going to work? Are there cheaper spray foams out there? Or how would you guys tackle a project like this?

Thanks,
Andrew

Hello, welcome.
I would consider getting a company to apply the foam.
You'd use a few cans with that length.

I would cover it with cloth, like canvas, something heavy, then use spray cans of paint to male it look like wood. You could apply spray foam in long ribbons to give it texture before painting it If you want.
