Triangulatti

Triangulatti is a conceptual work of art that uses simple geometric shapes to
create an illuminated interactive electronic sculpture.
The two 10' tall freestanding towers each contain18 individual
hollow triangular cubes that are designed to be self-supporting
and are arranged to display interactive patterns of light which react to sonic energy.
Ambient sounds alter the color of light that Triangulatti displays.
Overall size: 120"H x 6"W x 6"D

Re: Triangulatti

Beautiful!! When we got married (1971), my hubby had a pair of "color organs" - boxes about 3'tall with Christmas lights (the large, painted bulb kind) inside and translucent plastic with kind of a raised diamond pattern on the surface, on the front of the box. They responded to music like these towers. I LOVED them and was truly sad when they stopped working (many years later). I really like your creation. Well done!

Thank you for your kind words, and the memories.
I have been told many times that much of my work does seem to remind people of that time period.

These two freestanding towers are 10' tall and 6" wide.

Here is a video of them reacting to some music:

Thanks again.
