Art Lessons for Elementary Students

Hi ya'll...
I just wanted to introduce myself and let you all know that I love sharing! I am an art teacher of 36 years, 16 of which were in the middle school/high school setting, and the last 20 in the elementary setting. I absolutely LOVE my job and you can find lessons at lindawelling.blogspot.com under my blog "Art to the Moon & Back". I have consistently been in the top five on Artsonia.com ( an online art gallery for students). You can search Cedar Creek Elementary in Lee's Summit, MO for all of our student work. I photograph EVERY piece of artwork my students create. I would love to have you join me as a follower on my blog.

Re: Art Lessons for Elementary Students

Hi Linda!
I noticed you have taught Elementary (Art) than High School Art? Do you like teaching elementary art the best? What is your view pros and cons of teaching Elementary Art, Middle and High School? Most of my teacher friends have only taught one or the other. I am interested of hearing your views about this topic. Thanks!
