Re: May showcase

Thanks Trish and Ginger.

Here are my last seashells of summer and summer hasn't even started yet. Promise to show something different next time. Taking today off and not sure about tomorrow. Kind of needing a break after all of these!

Re: May showcase

Maggie - you deserve a break after producing those beauties - but not a long one, ok?

Maggie, love the colors in the ones on the right. The others aren't bad either.

Re: May showcase

I love playing with discs. Unfortunately I forgot to double dip my mandrels for this set and the holes are too small for my hoops. Oh, well, I'll use them elsewhere.

More BHBs with silver plum stringers

Hard to tell but I came across some old mica I had in a jar and rolled a black bead in it and then threw on some clear to see what it would look like.

Re: May showcase

Ok I know I am going to leave some people out, but I have looked through the entire thread and all of the work is amazing.

Ellen your beads are definitely bright and cheery. Sure to brighten someone's day.

Maggie your shells are very cool.

Trish love the swirl patterns.

Marta if that is your first attempt, you are well on your way. Really nice work.

Belinda love the shadow the tree cast on your last bead. I am sure that any bead that you think is not up to par will gladly be taken from your forest by any of a number of people here.

Sam those murrini beads are great.

Diane love the patterns a textures you have in the beads you made.
