QUEBECOIS STYLE No. II

Baie Ste Paul No. II

11 X 14 on canvas panel - painted with Chroma Interactive Acrylics - alla prima. Working on the development of a loose Quebec' painting style - I love ths style and plan on become proficient in its excecution.

I'm glad you found a style that you want to use for looser paintings. I think you're well on your way. Nice expressive brushwork!

Nice Richard:
You could pop these out faster in acrylic which is just made for this style.

Especially quick sketches and studies.

Hi Richard,
Being out there on the road and on the go should fit using this style. There is truly something to be said of painting emotionally and expressively. Paint away!

Thanks Derek and Ron - I love painting in a loose style - one can put so much color and emotion into each piece. Painting alla prima and wet into wet adds so much to this style.
