Leslie, so sorry Lil Bear got a bit of skunk stink on him...glad it was just a tad. I'm sure that was plenty. I don't doubt that I'll get my opportunity with that since we have a neighborhood Peppie Le Pew!
Carlos, great set up! That is really nice that you have space to really do your job properly. Wish I could be there and try my hand at doing something I've wanted to do practically all of my life. Can you beam me up?

Good morning everyone. It rained last night and looks like we'll get more today which is fine because all I want to do is hold the couch down. I have another COLD!!! So not fair. I felt it coming on yesterday afternoon but ignored it. By the time we went to bed I knew I was in for it.
I have a wedding and my high school reunion this weekend. I do NOT want to feel crappy.

Good Morning All!

Ginger......wish I could send todays weather down to you! If you see a glow it is just the shine off my teeth as I smile from ear to ear!

Ellen.....Are you sure it is a cold, all my friends are having their butts kicked by allergies right now? Whatever it is I hope you feel better soon!

We had our first Cone of Shame tragedy yesterday. I have photos all over....duh like that was a suprise!! I put those all away, not expecting Kylee to scoop up a 3 lb Austin Sculpture! He was beheaded!


Yah, well I can find another foo-foo dust collector. I didn't put it away so I have to deal with the loss!

Now for the weather!


Highs in the lower 70's today, rain, and low's in the 50's! Don't hate us too much. Remember we live in Michigan and are not use to the heat you guys down south have to deal with in the summer!

So we are off to have Kylee's staples taken out this morning! I am on countdown mode to not having to deal with the tummy icking or the cone!

Packing for the weekend show today and whatever else fits in. Checking temps in Fairplay and 39 degrees in the morning...... brrrrrr..... and 60's during the day..... Guess who is bringing long pants, jacket and sweatshirt!

Carlos ~ That setup tent is awesome! Wish I was closer to come and watch.

Ellen bummer about the cold. Hope it passes faster than it came on.

Dilly guess she is trying to tell you something. Glad to hear she is feeling better.

Well we are past the half way mark on the festival. Always a lot of fun, but it is long and it takes the wind out of your sails by the end of the week. Oh well, the weekend is coming and that is always fun. More people so I guess I am going to have to try a couple of new things. It either will work well or be a train wreck. Either way the crowd seems to enjoy it.

Leslie....good luck and enjoy those cooler temps. Fairplay was always our stop for lunch at the Pizza Hut on our way to Creede!

Carlos.....tain wrecks are the bestest! I hope your new stuff is successful, but a few Oh Oh's are entertaining! I am sending the cooler temps your way!

For those of you living vicariously through me and enjoying the cooler temps, I have sleeves on and crop pants. The first time in months!!! Tomorrow with the highs in the upper 60's I might give pants to the ankles a try! Yes, I know the hot stuff will come back, but just for a few days let me enjoy and share the cool with you!
