I am still working with watercolor and white gouache on sealed Strathmore Toned Paper. It is a good combo for quick, small sketches. I have much to learn but it is enjoyable work. C&C Welcome. Gary

I like the shadows in the second painting and the warm colored earth with textured foreground is lovely.
Sounds as if you’ve really come to grips with the gouache/watercolor combination and your paintings show it!
