Thanks, Debby! I got closer in shape and the beak and feet are better, but I see my chicken looks a bit ....unhappy? Frowning? LOL! I don't notice these things until it's all done.

Fantastic! I really enjoyed seeing the photo "on location" so to speak. You may see the things that are wrong, but I sure don't.

Okay, I tried an angel....core wool in the skirt and lightly felted white roving on top.....The white roving I bought is combed and it does not felt very well...fibers too straight......hope it stays on the skirt......
