Thank you nancymae, Lourdes, angelina, cardboardcutout and Lexy for your kind comments, I'm pleased posting how I did it has been helpful for some.

This was my second dog. I'm currently working on a Dahila, having to use a slightly different technique as I ran out of colorless blenders. And hopeful try a kitten after that

SmudgedBlue, this is exquisite. Those eyes are so liquid and alive. The fur is beautifully done and has a very attractive sheen. This is an absolutely gorgeous and well done piece.
