Flower and glass series

This is the first four watercolour paintings in a series featuring glass and flowers.

Re: Flower and glass series

Your works never disappoint! Each one has its own charm. I will say the poinsettia is the most flamboyant and is my favorite.

Beautifully done, you should cross-post them in Watercolors.

Re: Flower and glass series

Thanks Kay and Doug.

Doug, it was the poinsettia challenge you set that sparked the series. I am a bit of an IT clutz; is there a simple was to cross- post?

Kay, I need to try some big, close ups of flowers to really get into the viewers face

Re: Flower and glass series

The first two are really strong. I like the wispy grid lines, adds a calming harmony to your paintings.
