July 2, 2018 at 12:50 pm #631583Yup, I do. I’ve had both for a very long time.
Wow, that was fast I just put that photo up yesterday. I’ve been meaning to paint it forever but keep forgetting it. Glad they like it enough to use it, that makes me happy.

July 5, 2018 at 11:14 am #631585They are so cute but my goodness they are silly. One stuffed my downspout full of seeds and when it rained, it all came out. One put them in the hose container so when I went to unreel the hose, it had seeds stuck all over it.
That chipmunk picture I took at this park that is a boulder field, it was formed as the glaciers retreated, you do see quite a few boulder beds up north but this one is huge, 18 acres of boulders with lots of nook and crannies. There were chipmunks everywhere!

At any rate, here is the chipmunk, watercolor 4×6 on Canson 140 lb CP paper done this afternoon. This scan has his hair more burnt sienna color when it is more golden

There’s some really nice waterfalls in Illinois, I want to go see some, I had a knee injury that curtailed hiking for awhile but I’m good to go now.

When I lived on the military base in Colorado, we had a tank road that the tanks and large vehicles used to go down to the artillery range. It used to make me laugh because when the big tanks would go by, all the prairie dogs would stick their heads out. It looked so funny.
