Nice to see others participating again!

Fountain pen with water soluble ink ("Lie de The" by J. Herbin). Drawn from life.

Lamy black ink (water-soluble), sky in gouache). Drawn from a photo in my collection.

Re: INKTOBER 2019: For participants and followers!

Haven't participated in this particular one previously but felt I wanted to try it. Looks like a lot of fun and hope to be inspired by all the wonderful drawings already posted to be more creative. Will be watching the "How To Videos" Thanks for hosting.

First one loosely based on "ring" is done with various sizes of Micron pens.

I call it Zentangle Rings

Re: INKTOBER 2019: For participants and followers!

Here's mine from yesterday. I used the prompt and drew part of a fairy ring, from imagination. It's half a page in my Hahnemuhle Nostalgie sketchbook, so it's around A6 size.
Loving all the entries so far!

Oh, I've missed Inktober so much
And I've missed looking through your entries as well!

Here's my first for this year.
It's just a quickie, cause I forgot it's October already

I also am using my own theme of Nature., I am using a 4x5 handmade ink journal, and using several types of ink and a dagger brush

Re: INKTOBER 2019: For participants and followers!

Here's today's picture. It's based on today's prompt 'mindless' however I was stuck coming up with ideas so had a bit of fun with words: the ticked Memo shows that someone's been Reminded - 'Reminded' without 'mind' becomes 'reed'. So - Memo with reeds . Drawn from imagination with a superfine Pitt pen and a few bits of colour.

Re: INKTOBER 2019: For participants and followers!

Wow, nice to see so many people. What an interesting and varied bunch of pictures.

I did this today. I like the rr's but I dont' like the G, (it's not a real font, I made it up as I went along) I think the G would look better on the same slant as the r's. It's driving me nuts, I'll probably redo it at a later date..

This is in my sketchbook, it's 5x5 and done with a dip pen.
