1968 Chevy Camaro
I cant remember the last time I posted in this forum. It has been so long since ive picked up a pencil or spent time sketching . But recently I sketched this and was happy enough with the result that I decided to post it .
This Camaro is on bristol board and is 12x16 and took about 30 hours.....C&C very welcome .

Re: 1968 Chevy Camaro
Very nice drawing !! Hard to do with all of the different body lines.
By the way, this is a 69 Camaro. 67-68 were almost identical. 68 had no vent windows and more angle to front grill.
69 used same basic body but had different front header, valance, fenders, doors, rear quarters, and rear panel. Wheel wells were "fattened" for more aggressive look. Interior also had an extensive face lift.
1969 style was built only for the one year which extended into the 1970 year date due to late introduction of the 1970.
I owned over 10 of these and have had them on cover of "Super Chevy magazine as well as Muscle Car Review. Sold last 69 Z28 at Barrett Jackson auction in AZ. 8 years ago.
Sorry for long history on car but love your drawing.

What makes this for me is the sense of reflection on the metal surfaces. Lovely and very cleverly done. Ady

Re: 1968 Chevy Camaro
I remember this one!! Good job, Keith.
Perhaps you could darken the shading of the tyres as they curve down towards the surface.
